Terms and Conditions:
1: Balance of rent is payable on arrival.
2: In order to maintain our standards we regret that it is impossible to facilitate arrival before 4PM unless previously arranged with Helena or Patrick.
3: Departure is before 10AM.
4: Meter read on arrival and electricity charged at 26cent per unit.
5: Oil fired heating charged at €1.80 per hour.
6: Bed linen and tea towels supplied.
7: We regret -- NO PETS.
8: The owners are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained by patrons in relation to their property.
9: The number of persons in a party cannot exceed the number stated for each house.
10: Visitors are expected to take resonable care and must leave all utensils clean and the house in a tidy condition or a cleaning fee will be charged.
Prices for electricity and heating are subject to change.
